Who arranges a new DBS check?
AOS arranges the application route. Recruitment will confirm whether a new check is needed and provide the instructions. Please wait for those instructions before buying a check elsewhere.
I already have a certificate. Do I need another one?
Capture the full certificate and enter its issue date. AOS will review the certificate and Update Service position, then confirm your next step here. A recorded date or a supplied certificate is not an acceptance decision.
I have supplied it. Why is it still awaiting review?
“Received” means we have your document. “Accepted” means AOS has checked it. You do not need to keep sending the same file while it is being reviewed.
